I have been using a Musical Fidelity Nu Vista M3 integrated amp together with a Nu Vista 3D CD player and a pair of ML SL3's for the past six years and so far remain very happy with them.

Recently a friend suggested that I should consider bi-amping, something I have never been too sure about, saying that he knew someone who had bi-amped a M3 with a Nu Vista 300 amp with very good results.

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of doing this and assuming that I could locate one of these rare amps, would it be worth the expense.

I've moved this post, it didn't seem to belong to a conversation about stocks and shares!
Welcome to the forum by the way.

If it were me and wanted to spend that much money, I'd have a lot of fun investigating lots of other possibilities, not just MF, but that's just my 2p

I prefer to go the way of the monoblock - one power amp per channel, with lots of watts.
