    Hi Rob,

This was an arm made by a company called Jelco. I used this afrm on an AR turntable & an Elite Rock to good effect. In it's day it retailed for around £69 (early to mid 80s) It was said to be not as good as the Linn LVX arm, but it was cheaper. It should be an improvement.

Why not drop the seller an email and ask if he still wants to sell it, as it didn't get any bids he may even drop the price a bit, plus no ebay fees.

I have done this a few times (against ebay rules but everyone wins so no-one cares) and usually people are more than willing to sell it to you without the joys of ebay

thats a different arm , i have noticed though that if its attatched to a linn board it generally gets bid on a lot quicker.

Mission sold for £140 in 1980 and was rated as Recomended by Hifi Choice.

"an excelent product, rivaling the Ittok"

praise indeed....as the Ittok sweep all before it, at the time.

The 774 (second picture) was - at the time - a quite innovative product (low mass, rigid, and so forth), and well thought of.

The 774LC (Low Cost?) was quite a different proposition - as pointed out above, from the OEM parts bin, by and large.
