    Went to Afan Forest on Saturday. One of the many centres now set up in Wales. http://www.mbwales.com/afan_forest/index.htm

    Got to say it was absolutely brilliant. Well recommend a visit. Top notch and certainly the best mountain biking I've ever done.

    accomodation and a 2-3 day event from here though.

    For info you can camp at Afan although facilities are limited (no showers). Although apparently at Glyncorrwg (further up the same valley) they do have showers and the cafe is apparently quite good too. Still a long haul from bucks though! Worth it though as there are 4 decent routes to occupy you for a weekends riding.

    I don't do the camping thing... it's a hotel for me, or a B&B.

    i've just done a 10 til 4 club night on friday night and a 25 mile bike ride today - tomorrow i will be mostly sleeping.
