multi purpose screen

    I need a screen that will double up as a monitor for testing PC related stuff but also be able to take an input for testing PVRs and other such consumer electronic frippery.

    Got to be smallish <=21"

    Got to be easily available.

    Got to be cheapish but with good quality vision (audio not a hi priority).
