    What on earth is this about? Are you suggesting that someone might purchase this in the hope of obtaining a warranty to which they're not entitled?

    FYI: MF warranties are only applicable to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Proof of purchase must be supplied for all warranty claims.

    I suppose if you were a completist 'collector' and had the manual, I guess it would be nice to have the warranty card. ?
    but it doesn't state the model, and the serial number wouldn't match surely.

    certainly not the silliest thing I have seen on fleabay. :D
