purchased one second hand and i keep losing the right channel.it sometimes plays fine for 10 mins then it will keep cutting out and sound like norman collier, or i lose the right channel completely. its not the leads as i have tried several(inc brand new) when the channel goes so does the r on the display of the dac. Any ideas would be appreciated. i use it with the matching transport(kwdm25)

    Likely a poor solder joint.
Next time it cuts out, thump the case and see if sound is restored. If so, it will likely be an easy fix for a repair shop.
If (heaven forbid) this dac has valves inside you should also try reseating them.
