    Sadly there's no P3 NIS, but there is a PEN 15. Wonder how they got away with that one? No W4 NKS either. Have they no sense of humour at the DVLA

    My dads had 7 cars since 1971, and ironicaly the only one he wrote off in an accident is the only one still on the road. I feel sorry for the owner as it was in a really mess and was a CAT C. I hope the new onwer of that Punto knows its a CAT C.

    Must have done at least 100k now and things were startign to go wrong when we had it.

    My dads two minis, two minors and two Ladas are all well and truely scrapped now.

    Am I missing something here but why does the fact that there's no record of a number plate mean the car has been scrapped?
