Tone, is the estate easy to find from the main drag into Chelters ?

    I'll bring the Sonneteer, Julian.

And some ever so expensive power cables (not) and a selection of ICs of the budget variety. Oh, and some lovely music.

It's looking like I'm going to have to miss it unfortunately. Depends on how work progresses tomorrow. I'm just busy busy at the moment.

I'll be interested to hear how it goes though.

Have you been out recently on the bike penance?

I went to work today on the Blade for a laugh and it was FREEZING.

Hell its fast though if you've not ridden for a couple of weeks.

Quite frankly, I dont know what the hell it has got to do with him anyway. He seems to spend all of his time trying to find things to have a pop at Tony with, so it seems quite clear to me he just has an axe to grind.

In any case, just to disappoint Mr CJROSS I believe that none of Omiga audios products will actually be available for use on the day, as Tony and Tim have made it clear (to me) they dont want it to be a sales pitch.

Guys I hope you enjoy the day and have fun testing things (DBT or otherwise) but only do the things that you want to do, and dont be influenced by CJ, as he seems to have another agenda.

Cheers dude, would be easier all round, but I doubt I'll be able to carry both that and the other stuff back on the train, so don't worry about it.

I can re-afirm what Robbo has said, there won't be a big rack of O/A stuff hanging up as soon as your come through the door, the whole point of the exercise, is for you guys to show us what you mean, by little or no difference in 'alledged' changes in sonic characterstics, plus try all your own kit in different systems and with some exotic hardware, to see if you feel 'x' is worth the cash. try out some voodo, isolation, mains conditioning, upsampling, external psu's, single/bi wire, bi-amping.
How you guys do it is down to you, NOT US, we'll just be listening.

    Good old CJ

I went over and had a look. I don't know why he would stick a post over there for our attention, it's hard enough to find the time to look here (ZG), but thanks Paul for the link.

I was going to respond to it, but the phone rang and by that time I'd forgotten what I was going to say. He does sem concerned though so I thought I'd help to clear things up for him.

After all, he was really that interested he could always have signed up to attend. Obviously, living where he does, he would need to be very very interested, but the fact still remains. No doubt he'll be able to lend his support with any commments that may be posted about it afterwards. :)

    Cheers

See you tomorrow? Assuming I can find out where to come.

I shall bring a long messy impedance mismatched digital interconnect, to give WM's scope something to bite on...

More seriously, I have an offensively large vehicle, is there anything it would be 'nice to have' that I can bring? Or collect? Except the Isobariks. My back is not up to it.

Looking forward to tomorrow, should be good. I wonder how much kit we'll get :D

Feel free to take the pee and partake in a little verbal jousting etc. etc. , but please, no actual fighting as the MD may well be in attendance ;)

    Cheers
