This is a superb sounding integrated amp which started life as a NAC 92 pre which was mildly modified/serviced by Graham (AKA Laverda) of Pink Fish fame. Mods include bi-passing the buffer section, adding Avondale supplied gyrators and replacing key capacitors and resistors as described on Acoustica's web site. Nothing drastic or irreversible but it sounds more like a 32.5 than a 92. The power amp section is is completely standard.

A cosmetically challenged NAP90 was transplanted into the 92 case - thus creating a turbo-charged Nait 3. Unlike a standard Nait 3 the pre and power are connected externally via a SNAIC, adding considerable flexibility over the stock amp. This incarnation can be used as a pre, power or integrated amp; the pre can also be powered by a Hicap. See below for links to some more close-ups of the amplifier.

It's in very good condition and comes boxed, I'm looking for £225 including UK delivery.

    Regards,
