It's Kevin Spacey's line. He's just caught his wife cheating on him with Buddy - The Real Estate King. Outstanding! The film is American Beauty.

An outstanding film indeed. Saw it recently again on TV (first time since seeing it at the cinema) and had forgotten how good it was and all the excellent lines that Kevin Spacey gets.
