Need 4 of - Evox 1UF 400V blue brick caps

I cant find these caps in stock anywhere.
If anyone has 4 that they would be willing to sell i would be hugely grateful:)

RS part num - 454-5664 , if you want to check.
Even thos RS say they have stock, they dont and they dont seem to think they will be getting more.

Penance, try www.elfa.se and search for part no. 65-564-01, which I beleive are the ones you want. Dunno if that's any help.

Edit: Just had a thought, what about the RS trade counters. If you could find one of their regional outlets with them in stock you might be able to persuade a nearby forum member to pick them up?

Be careful of delivery charges from elfa. They wanted to charge me £50 to deliver a £10 chip...

penance, sorry to hear that you're not having any joy. I tried the local electronics shop when I was in town the other day but they didn't have any or anything similar and the best they could suggest was building an equivalent out of other components. I'll keep my thinking hat on and see if I can come up with anything though.

Ok, just had another idea. How about contacting the manufacturer and explaining that you're having difficulty locating these components and do they know of another UK/european stockist apart from RS who carries them? Here's their website if that's any help http://www.evox-rifa.com/europe/film_capacitor_catalog.htm.

I had thought that they might be the same company... And that place seems to carry bits. However, if that's not the case then disregard...

sorry Graham, i missed your post.
I want the Evox caps as they have the correct lead pitch, are good for power supply bypass and come in 1% tolerance. Also quite compact for relative capacitance/voltage.
