Nope, checked, won't fit in the garage, even with the wings off.

I'd demand that it be supplied with CD multichanger and a copy of 'Danger Zone'.

I wonder if RAF Catterick would let me store it there if I bought one? There's not much flat around here in Northumberland...

Buying the machine in the first place isn't where the money is spent, maintaining it an an Airworthy condition using approved parts by suitably trained and authorised engineers is what costs the money. If you just want an old jet fighter to plonk down in your back ( or front ) garden to look at then the RAF regularly sells off scrappers. I think that the old Phantom's at RAF Wattisham , Suffolk where going for about £5k each, most of them where easily fixable at the time they where scrapped. This was in about 1994. Quite sad really, sitting there, watching the old birds getting smashed up only a few weeks after I'd been fixing them up.

Mig 29's are supposed to brilliant fliers ( rusky old technology- they designed the perfect wing first, then built the rest of the 'plane around this) but a complete B*****d to maintain.
