I moved from British Gas to Scottich Power. I get a discount for both gas and electricity, and have paperless billing - just have to fill in meter readings online every three months. I was also fed up with British Gas, however as a final insult they managed to mess up my final bills and wanted to charge me some horrendous amount!! I also went with Powergen in a previous house - had absolutely dreadful customer service.
