I've got a few NY albums (Harvest, Harvest Moon, Unplugged) which I like a lot.

However, I'm not a fan of his rock stuff at all.

Can anyone recommend me some more acoustic-style albums?

(and indeed any other acoustic albums of a similar nature from other artists)

    Comes a Time (1978).

Most of his albums form a mix-up of solid and acoustic material.

On the Beach, that finally got released on remastered CD last year, is IMO his finest.

There's a self-assembled compilation called Decade, containing his best stuff from 1966-1976 from his most creative period. In general one of the best compilations available.

Check allmusicguide.com for full overview and descriptions.

After the Gold Rush or Decade as ErikfH suggested.

mad dog, I asked the same question about 6 months or more ago.

I got reccomended 'buffalo springfield' and 'crosby, stills, nash & young' which I already knew about.

    Both bands starred Neil Young.

Get a buffalo springfield 'best of' type album and you will play the sh*t out of it I promise.

    For CSNY try Deja Vu.

I wouldn't call all of those acoustic.

    "Unplugged" is nice and mellow.
For CSN/CSNY, try CSN and 4-Way Street.

Decade is a bargain. I still have it on vinyl, despite not having a TT.
