    Hi guys (and gals).
My adorable wife let me buy a new amp for christmas, which is now sitting in position ready for lift off.
    Question...
It comes equipped with two sets of speaker terminals, & as my speakers are bi-wireable it has been suggested that i bi-wire to these second set of terminals. Has anybody done this, & basically is it (sonically) worth it?
Your responses would be most welcome. :)

Could be expensive for another run of the same speakers cable.

Without wishing to seem a miserable git, this subject has been covered ad nauseum here and on other places. A simple search will bring all the information/misinformation/opinions/facts/lies/etc. you could ever hope for.

Well, just go with a single run of cables for the now.

If you want to try running another set then borrow some from a shop or use some old cable and see if you think it makes any difference to the sound.

    What did you get, anyhow?

The two sets of speaker outputs on many amps are often mutually exclusive, didnt see what amp it was you have ?

Biwire has never done it for me ..... as pointed out the extra expence of cable and any performance gains are often out weighed if you replace the normally rather poor jumpers on the speaker terminals ....if they are simple wire link make some up from stripped twin and earth solid core copper of at least 15 amp
