it's silly to waste any more bandwidth on him, not that he is not very interesting person you can analyze from many angles, but it's just worthless which is actually a big shame. no matter if it is just a bunch of blurb, a true genious or anything in between, i actually have no bad opinion on him, his fascist social skills aside.
i was just so irritated that he was so weak in displaying an utter superiority in such a useless way. he wrote off one respected speaker without any hesitation just having a look on the pic, and when mike played a similar game on his design, for purely psychological reasons, he completely freaked out and went into absolute aggression. the reason i mentioned RAAL was not only that there is a time for new benchmarks in panel speakers as it certainly is, but i was also keen to see his reaction when someone else throws something he claims copyright on into the pot - and the reaction was again very, very predictable.
he may be genious but it's all too sad. let's leave it like this. i don't feel happy it ended like this.

Not really, I did not see any aggression on my part but my realization that the person in that dialog was fool. I did not argue with idiots. Ironically the only valuable post in this entire thread on the subject was my comment about Audio Voice upper bass cannel. Was it correct of not but no fools of your scope had bolls to engage my analysis but instead you-like begin to ridicule me. Do you think I care or do you see that I?m not accustomed to deal with that junky behavior? However you-like were so primitive that even to argue with you was no interest. BTW, what else was in this thread? The locker-room teenagers trying to demonstrate to each other that they have gowned up pennies? Why do I constantly tell that the majority of people in internet audio are idiots? Read this thread, including your posts and you will see why.

Do not lie. It was not the reason why you mention the RAAL and I have no idea what kind hallucination stroke you when you said about my copyright over RAAL. You sounded like a cheap whore in the RAAL post and it was it. The only said thing about all of it is that a half dozen of deprived cretins at this forum, whos minds in audio are not able to operate more that at the level of locker-room giggling, have hijacked the thread. Well, it is the way how it should be in random public forum ? the army of simpletons feel that they hold the World by it?s balls? Well, stick were you are belong?.

That's almost but not strictly true Anu. Yes the interjection was primarily to point out the hypocracy of Romy's stance (a point that seemed to go over his head somewhat), but there was very real audio reasoning behind my concerns -.a point not missed by some of our more astute and knowledgable members.

I think dialogue with Romy is more or less impossible for whatever reason. I have removed posts that might have been seen as mocking his behavior and will add him to my ignore list. Might I suggest you and others do the same?

    reverse censorship

    Why?
The horrible, bullying, stupid, fascistic behavior of members of this forum should be left up for posterity so outsiders can see for them selves who they will be dealing with here.

BTW. how many people have made actual practical experiments about the length/throat size of mid-bass horns here?

    confused

why do posts by idiots appear then get deleted?
    what's the editorial policy here?

very close to junking this site altogether.

BTW. how many people here have actually had personal practical experience with circular vs rectangular horns?

    @op.9

considering you registred at this forum just a few days after romy, i would restrain from being paranoid so there must be some divine link between you. i am not saying that you look like a tad more sane version of him, but as time goes by, the similarity is growing.

anyway, i have a practical proposal. considering your closeness, would you mind considering an offer to act as a filter/translator/proofreader/spellchecker for his future posts? i mean it is obviously just a matter of time when he will be removed from this place too, and unless you both simultaniously disappear the same as you appeared, maybe you can check with romy so he sends you his writings to you to make them (socially) up and keep them on the topic.

so you two would become one.

as you mentioned having no problem being called idiot, moron, penis, cretin, whore, teenager or whatever comes up meanwhile, you can keep these compliments for you while passing a strictly technical data on to the rest of us.

if i may have a personal wish, you should just leave "audio voice" everytime it appears as it is, it's priceless.

please let me know your thoughts.

    thanks in advance, gordan.

PS. a number of posters from the current (21) page built their own horns so your question about the particular length/throat size/round/square/whatever is actually irrelevant i'm afraid.

I do not think the few Morons who have spoiled this thread are about interest in personal experiences but rather they are all about insecure mockery of experiences they do not understand yet. This breed usually is quite angry when they do not receive expansions. I intend to keep them in ?that? state. You never make second first impression?. Anyhow, I let myself to be cared away and I foolishly did not realize that a few civilized posters from this site have chosen to stay away since the barbarians took over? Well, so should I?

not impressed, this articles gone from interesting to descending into something else altogether. If high end hifi makes you like that, its just not healthy. I have no wish to be regarded as a mere ant in someones god-like presence. Or indeed conveniently dismissed under swathes of stereotyping. I find the arrogance and petty name calling on here astonishing - this forum isn't about getting your back up, I supposed to be fun! If you find yourself being a target, when all my own experiences have been nothing but positive and supportive you have to sit back and ask yourself - why?

They don't. I can still read yours.

There doesn't appear to be one. I took pity on someone and self censored by own work.

Oh dear. What a shame. What actually was your relationship to Romy? Can you perhaps explain the reasons behind the universally abhorent posting style to us?

Have you had any personal practical experience of time alignment and diffraction? Oh sorry, you've gone haven't you. Sadly missed.

I have to say all of this is quite brilliant.

I can't believe this Romy guy really speaks /types like that; his command of the English language is probably impeccable, and this quasi-Eastern European miss pronunciation thing he has going on is a mere affectation, a bit like Les Dawson pretending to play the piano badly.

Do anyone else think that he probably refers to himself in the third person as 'The Cat'?

If asked is he wants a beer, does he say "The Cat would like beer very much", or more probably "The Cat pisses on the legs of your beer offerings".

Living Voice does not use that name.
I think Romy was just confused.
