New Order - Bizzare Love Triangle and Doves - Pounding best on the same song?

    Just some thing on another forum that the chords of those two songs are identical does anybody know if this is true? I can't really see anything in common other than the Doves performed a live version of Bizzare Love Triangle and I know that song is an influence on them.

    They are based on very similair chords. In technical terms F Am Bb and F for the Doves, and the same for Bizarre Love triangle, but then 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of pop songs are based on variations of chords I IV V and VI, ie C, F, G, and A min if you're in C. I wouldn't worry about it, it's calld the three or four chord trick
