Levi...if you've never tried valves...what they offer may not be your cup of tea.  And if you end up with another SS amp, the MusicFirst might not be a good match.  I've found the MusicFirst et al to be exceptionally good but, for me, only with valve amps esp SETs.  No no when it comes to SS or digi amps - YMMV.
