Is it a valve one? I'd rather have a shiney new friend than an Ipod!

It looks great Mike. Copland have a finished goods appearance that many other manufacturers could learn from IMO.

What are you running it with?

It's not home yet... I can't sleep and I keep wanting to wee.

It's replacing a (faulty) Marantz PM7000 and will be a partner to some KEF Q50S speaks and a Pink Triangle LPT/RB250/Goldring 1042. There's a Marantz CDR in there as well.

Yeah looks great, I bought a Copland amp about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier, built like a tank (mine weighs 23Kg!) and sounds as good as it looks.

    LoL

Over the years numerous folks I know have ended up settling with a Copland amp. Different models/combos mind, but all appear to be satisfied and dont feel the need to keep changing their amp.

Nice. Copland are one of those bits of kit that can give real pride of ownership, you know, switching it on or turning the volume control is a pleasure. [Paul now hangs up anorak and awaits ridicule!]

Not from this corner - I have certain bits of kit that I'll never sell for exactly that reason. I just need to think up excuses as to why various rooms in the house also need a stereo system :)
