Nikon troubles again.....

    I think my camera has a 'settings reset' option somewhere in the menus system - worth a try maybe?

    Don't think it will be this, but just check you've not messed with exposure compensation or something to over expose.

    Looks like MOre going on than just that though.

    no, its not reset

    I did do something a couple od days ago which gave some strange symbols

    so you could have something MO

    but it did go from perfcatly alright to over blown a bit unnaccounatbly

    like i say on auto its takes pics ok

    on the override(s) it over blows stuff

    its just come back from nikon having had a new ccd put in.......so........don't know


    I'll give the batteries a GOOD charge and see

    they haven't been used for a bit.

    batteries are often a source of issues IME

    it seems ok now

    i've left the batteries on chargeovernight.......all seems well

    the five bar focusing thingy isn't very good (again a notorious battery indication in the past)...but wer're back into the menues (+no over blowing)......for now....
