Nobody can fix the car, this is getting beyond a joke

    Yeah but when you don't jhave £700 it is out of the question, we are stuck with the Escort, it is as simple as that.

    The real question then, is how much will it cost to fix the car you have?

    On the other hand why not get someone to drive you around in something with an engine of about 6 litres, a turbo the size of a dust-bin and 400hp!? - take the bus!

    I do take the bus, my dad can't, he can't exactly lug a 30kg carpet cleaner on the bus :).

    I reckon what ever is wrong with it will cost much less than £100 to fix.
