    Foreign bidder wishes to bid and I cannot find how to change my listing to allow him? Any ideas.

    thanks I have given it a try .Thing is my settings say that imntrnational buyers can bid?Anyway finishes soon so wont matter shortly.

    Unfortunately eBay don't allow you to not offer Paypal any more.

    Ebay will try to insist you accept paypal but in reality they can't. It breaches something or other.
