Wouldn't the use of high resistance cables produce the same effects on amplifiers with a low output impedance - ie kill the damping factor?My own tube amp gives nothing away to the Naim NAP180 that it replaced in terms of precision or attack. However, in this blasted heat I wish I had a pair of your mono amps in the system rather than a 40wpc class A tube amp :inferno:
