Just to let people know, I have discovered some olson mains boards being sold new on ebay, here. They're not the filtered sort, so they're just a good quality, metal bodied 4-way strip adaptor with some fairly hefty gauge copper wiring. At £10.99 a piece, that's not bad. They also have a ground stud on them. Also, the internals are all screw-terminal, so if you want to play with rewiring (no cable debates please), then they give you the option easily. Also fairly easy to build passive filters into for the DIY inclined. I've ordered a couple for my computer equipment, so that I can build some passives in to stop them putting so much noise out onto the mains.
