wont open in firefox. says no plug in found, but just seems to be windows media in IE

there's sound but you don't need it on for the point to be made.
should be work safe assuming you're allowed to surf. no swearing or such.

 

I've just spent some time looking through the rest of tha site (I was sent the link I posted above) and there's loads of good stuff on there to waste some time Worth bookmarking.

I get the message about additional plugins required, but then when I ask it to install them it says unknown plugin

There's some good stuff on the site, check out the Balancing Point video for instance....

 

yep works with my firefox, dam good site, nice videos there, hours of fun.
