    Quite rare, certainly compared to the popular (and nice) 149.

    Never heard them but if they are 149s with better extension and spl capability they should be fine speakers.

    The bass drivers look different in both pairs though.
    JR did change from Kef to Focal main drivers so I'd ask for a good close up of those drivers before spending any cash - you don't want an odd pair.

    WOULD THE PRICE GO DWON QUITE A BIT IF THE speaker WERNT THE SAME
