    Folks,

This one is in excellent condition, original. I is a first generation one though. Excellent modern arm of the "high rigidity" school and an excellent upgrade for any deck that accepts Rega Arms.

I am not sure I will be able to locate the nut and VTA adjuster (need to have a look, they should be somewhere) as the Arm was mounted on my Acoustic Solid Table, which has it's own VTA adjuster and a different mounting system for Rega Style Arms.

Reason for sale is simple, I find I rather prefer the presentation from the old style Denon DL-103 Cartridge, which is much better off in an old SME 3009 or 3012 Arm.

Will consider swap for a SME 3012 BTW, or £ 250 if I cannot find the missing bits, if I can locate them £ 300.

    Ciao T

    Hi,

It is a MK I Silver, not a Rega Re-Wire, though it still uses the Rega Base, but a complete new arm tube and all is fitted, basically this, in MKI:

    Folks,

I had a look around and located all the original bits....

So, this one is complete with VTA adjuster, serrated washer and nut, setup/installation instructions and protractor and original packing, which is suited to postal shipping without damage.

Here a photo of the bits:

So this one basically is available for £ 300, as said, partial or complete swap for an SME 3012 (non-improved) depending on condition et al....

I'd be interested in this but I'm not quite sure why the price has gone up from £250 to £300. OL VTA are only £25 and the locking not doesn't cost that much????? I could be very wrong

    Hi,

I had written originally, in the first post:

"£ 250 if I cannot find the missing bits, if I can locate them £ 300."

The 250 was basically 50 off for an "incomplete" item.

But this missing bits don't cost £50 - I'm confused?

You seem to like telling people their items are not worth what they are asking. Maybe he should have asked for more even with the parts missing?
