    I don't really know where I could practice it without getting some odd looks or beaten up by Cavs for being different though!

    The clip is from the film Banlieue 13, starring David Belle who basically invented Parkour.

    The problem with Parkour as a participation sport is that it demands so much dedication to get anywhere near to being good at it, and has a very high rate of injury. I have a great respect for it, and would love to be able to do it, but think I'll stick to the mountain bike for my "extreme" sporting.
