    Hello,

Does anyone know of a way I can connect my minidisk deck (MDS-JE330) to my PC so I can record mp3's to minidisk?

The deck has only got analogue and optical outs.

As usual, the cheaper the better

    Thanks

    Andrew

Do you mean optical in? If so Maplins do converters that will change coax to optical signals or vice versa for about 20 quid. I've got one converting my DVD output (coax) to my surround amp (optical) and it works fine.

That's one way of doing it. I find it easier to burn the files to CD-R/RW and then record using my CDP as a source, as the track inserts etc. are placed properly, plus Windows system sounds etc. aren't picked up on the recording.
