    For sale

Graham Slee Era Gold phono stage with the uprated PSU.

    http://www.gspaudio.co.uk/preamps/era-gold.htm

Note that whilst electrically it is the latest version it does look different from new version in that it is black and the facia screening is different.

I'm asking 220 ukp . The unit lives in SE london.

Hi. Is the unit still for sale? You state that the unit is the latest version (Mk V) electronically. Do you have evidence of this?

Are you willing to negotiate on price?

    Thanks

The unit is still for sale - I'm happy to negotiate on price. as for proof of whether it is a mark five I'll tell you the story. I originally bought one proir to mk five and it went faulty. Graham slee through mr cartridge let me have a new one with the assurance that it was the mark five although not in the latest box. I understood at the time it was the one Graham had sent Len gregory (mr cartridge) for evaluation and in the interests of good customer service he gave it to me.

It's a good piece of kit. reason for selling is that i've gone moving coil.

Thanks for the reply. I'll speak to Graham tomorrow or Thursday to get the stage's life story.

    What are you moving onto?

I'm happy to be flexible on price though if there are no takers i'll probably buy an elevator and become a two phono stage household

Sorry John for not getting back sooner. I've been busy and i've not heard anything from Graham Slee (I called and left a message).

I will be in touch, once i've spoken to him.

    Cheers

    Clint - OK

Curt - this box seems to do the trick but haven't heard it against the era gold as i did a few TT upgrades at the same time. my dealer Billy Vee rate the tube box as a fantastic bargain though although i must admit i am tempted to borrow an elevator from GSP to see how it compares against the tube box. btw if you're london se or close you're welcome to opo round for a listen
