my gsp elavator xp has been distinctly underwelming since it arrived. this is a little bit of pain as it's half of a 1k phono stage aside from anything else. gsp say that it takes three weeks powered up to burn in which frankly i thought was rubbish. tonight though the little beauty, and it is little, seems to have err matured. it's lovely - the gratey top end has disappeared and the whole has become musical again. the thing is the gsp replaced project tube box which was very, read too, warm but musical and i was begining to think i had made a mistake.
