Where in London area can I service/repair/upgrade an old Pioneer CDP, or modify it to be a dedicated transport (95 or 75)?

Hello Zanash, I am looking at PD 73 or PD 77 to work with my Reimyo DAP 777. Both are OK but obviously quite old , and I just want to ensure that these old players could be serviced or repaired if something goes wrong. And if it is worth modifying I would certainly think about it. (I wonder if Trichord Never Connected and clock will do the trick ) Currently I have Burmester 006 as a transport which is not quite cost effective to say the least.
Any other suggestions regarding the transport would be welcome as well.

I thought you had one already !

there pretty standard internally and make a very good transport

I've modded a couple with good results ..as stand alone players

Don't know about repair, though as Zanash says, they look pretty straightforward inside. Worth modding - decent power cable and plenty of Dynamat make a difference. Colin at Chevin Audio put a Tentlabs XO clock with his own power supply in my PD-S703 and did something to the digital output. It came back sounding very good indeed. (Not London, but it wasn't gone for long.)
