Brilliant standmounts, the best I have heard regardless of price. They are in good condition and come with the custom PMC stands. They are active with Bryston electronics using the same circuits as a 3B-SST, 2B-SST and a 10B crossover.

    Demo’s are encouraged!

Reason for sale is I need the money to fund a DIY project.

    £2,200

I have listeneed to these and can say that they are excellent - tight controlled base and slam factor to boot. Amazing for speakers of any size.

I considered these but have been seduced by the sound of valves.

The speakers are good value as they come with Bryston amplification worth about £4000 if bought separately.

Lol thanks Kenan! Did you get the Prima Luna then?

If you want the valve sound it is always possible to mix a valve pre-amp with ss amps/active speakers.

I can now demo these as I have a pre-amp again!

I will try to get a nicer picture of them soon as well.

I can even throw in some free mid range/bass trap prototypes I recently bought back from my distributor to really tighten up the bass. They would have retailed for over £150 each but we have decided not to take them to production yet in order to get other things off the ground first. Four of these, only with white tops - http://www.audiosmile.com/essence.htm

I'll sell these separately at a good price if anyone wants to make me an offer by the way. They are as effective as Auralex lenrd's and far better looking (wooden body & top with fabric front) :)

Simon, (and possibly others), IMO it's not a good idea to post your telephone numbers on any public forum.

Okay it seems the woofers I wanted to use in my upcoming DIY speaker have just been discontinued so I had better get some as soon as I can!

As such, £1,900 will secure you a ridiculously good pair of AML1 active monitors!
