    Hi guys,

this is a picture of power distribution block that i've built

it uses Leviton 5362 receptacales which are 20A hospita grade with phosphor bronze contacts (like Furutech).

now to the question - do you now which contact in the oulet is 1 (phase/hot) and which is zero?

is it I shaped or T shaped one?

    Cheers,
    Gennady

That's the oposite way round to UK sockets then isn't it.

I'd noticed before that the Shunyata leads I have are wired with L and N swapped relative to UK IEC leads, and this is probably why.

    Croc,
A very nice looking piece of work there.
Make sure that your metal case is also securely earthed too as you have a lot of exposed metal bolt heads etc, these should all have good continuity to earth in case of any broken wires or other damage being caused internally on your box. If you are making something like this you will know that you should test all the outputs relative to the input, also a plug in mains socket tester is also a good idea to have in your toolbox. It usually has 3 x coloured LED's on it and will just confirm that all your connections are sound.
