Anyone know the price of the Richard Allan LS3/5a's?

...The bloke is supposed to contact me and the people there are ignorant of the prices.

As at jan 2004 they were around £1000 plus VAT. Slight differences depending on which wood option you went for.

He's an excellent man to deal with, so if he's not got back to you asap there'll be a reason.

Re Mike - I mean specifcally in terms of the Recone Lab which fixes broken old speakers. I had a dodgy Linn Kan 2 that needed some work doing on it. Mike advised me they would do the best they could with it. End result was it was as good as new and at a very good price. Also showed me round the premises and let me listen to some LS3/5a's with the built in bass units (AB1's?). Wonderful speaker but way out of my price range!

Basically just a good bloke who tries his best to keep you happy. If you are waiting on something from him I can only assume he is away perhaps as when I have asked for price lists etc they have come through very quickly.

    Cheers

Cheers - I gathered people were meaning just a good person to get on with.

...I've only considered the LS3/5a sinse hearing the Sterlings and thought I'd better see what the Richard's were like.
