    Don't the usual CD Ripping software that are bundled with most computers allow you to do this , eg Easy CD Creator or Nero. When you are a saving your tracks or putting them onto a disc you usually have a drop down menu where you have a coice of different formats to "save file as".
    I find that saving the Wav files into a folder on my desktop , then ripping them from there is a better way of glitch free copying. I 'Easy Created' many coasters before i used this method.
