Following recent discussions with the legal team at the PRS, Audiosmile will be obtaining a licence from the PRS enabling the streaming and downloading of audio tracks from this site.

The existing material on this site, with a full explanation of the intended usage has been made available to the PRS and they have agreed that we may offer tracks for download under the following conditions:

    - Tracks provided for download cannot be used to promote the sale of specific products or services.

    - The download service does not in itself generate revenues in excess of figures agreed with the PRS under the terms of the licence.

Users may therefore continue to download music tracks from this site. Users may also upload tracks to file hosting sites and provide links here in the usual way, on the understanding that such tracks are made available for comparative purposes only.

Please do not upload entire albums, and the uploading of music tracks for anything other than comparative purposes is strictly forbidden.
