    Anyone heard both of these?

I currently have the MS10i, but I used to own Rega Ela's, albeit on a different system (i had the Elas on the end of a Rotel RA-01, I currently have the MS10's on an Onix OA21) - despite the fact I think that the amp i have now is quite probably a bit better than the Rotel I had before, I have this nagging feeling that the Ela's were still the superior speaker.

Just wondering if any of you guys could confirm it one way or another.

The MS10's arent bad speakers to be fair, but I just think they probably arent as musical as the Regas.

How much were you after for them like?

    Colour / condition etc?

I am tempted must admit as i loved those speakers and think they'd go very well with the Onix.

They're in pretty good condition and they're black. I could send photos to anyone interested. Last time I sold a similar pair on eBay for £182 but I had the hassle of shipping them to the USA.

    £100 + postage? £90 for collection.

    Cheers
    Steve

Paul, I reckon that £20-£25 should cover it. Call it £120 incl.

PM me your email and I'll send PayPal details and photos.

    Cheers

Not bad at all I agree, especially for the money.

But now I've got the ELA's and theres no doubt the ELA's are better (significantly).

    Good to hear :)

I'm still loving my 1.5s, were quite the steal at £50 :p, don't see me changing them any time soon.

can't comment on the MS10i standards but the MS10i Classics i got recently sound amazing compared to (pauls old) Rega Kytes....

glad you found yourself another set of Ela's though mate. Think they'd suit you better.
