I have just set up the Rega RB700 tonearm, have set the tracking force to the recommended 1.75 for the cartridge but don't understand the markings on the bias slider, so not sure how to set at 1.75 also.

Any ideas on how I can accurately adjust the anti scate bias slider please ?

    This describes the process:

Personally I'd invest in a test disc to set the value more accurately, but for starters a value at or slightly below the tracking downforce is usually fine.

That's fantastic, thanks for your explanation and for the diagram.

I have got a test disk so hopefully I should have no problem setting this up.
