RFI Sheilding.

    Anybody ever used any of this:

    I've managed to get 2 cans of the stuff for free. Sounds like it might be good for lining the inside of equipment to help shield it.

    Probably worth a shot, just make sure you dont get it near the PCB or any connections!
    If your works carries that stuff do they not have the copper foil tape?

    Where in Brizzle do you work?

    Sadly no copper tape. I've actually looked at the spec on RS and it's quite nasty stuff!! Got to be careful.

    I'm at RR Filton actually. Live in St George.

    And staying off topic I ride a rare Yamaha FZX 750. Like a smaller V Max. Except mine has been street fightered. KTM Duke 2 headlamp assembly and bits.

    Im trying to sell a half built Gixer based fighter at the mo, not much market for it tho.

    Im on a late model ZXR750

    I tried the copper foil, just wrapped around a cheap IEC lead and it did have a decent effect, not as good as the Eupens i bought after but im sure with a bit of jiggery it could be sorted.

    Always fancied one of those J2 ZXR's. I rode the earlier H2 once.

    Borrowed a mates Fireblade a couple of weeks back. Lovely bike. Cant see my licence lasting long with one of those though. 'kin quick.

    yer, i had a spin on an R1 a few months ago, way to much fun to stay legal
    I was lucky with the ZXR, its an L3 and was registered late, around 3 years later than all the others:)
