    Yes I would presume so.

    Now that Bub and Marco are no longer with us, I could say that it sounded better because the speakers are mounted on Mana.

    BTW I have a CDS3 on order and you are welcome to a listen when it arrives.

    Mick, I think you'll find the CDS3 is slightly improved if you plug that funny wire thingy sticking out of it into one of those strange rectangular plastic wotsits with three holes in that you've got dotted around the house.

    Actually Alex, I think you need to do that with the XPS2, not the CDS3.

    I have to say Merlin has a point, both units need that stuff that comes out of the wall.
    But to be honest, quite why Mick doesn't buy a meridain 588 and pocket the other £2500 I don't know :rolleyes:

    Funny you should say that WM, I had a dem of the G08 yesterday and it's f***ing good, even the G07 is up there with some far more costly units.

    Still, some might find the presentation lacking in manipulation somewhat;)

    The G08 is only £2400, I wasn't counting the cost of that expensive transformer in a box with cheap regs & stuff so yes about the same change Alex :)
