Well, its not a bad album, although the lyrics are a little tame in places. Most of the tracks are worth a listen but i really like the last one, it takes on a dreamy almost drum'n'bass type of beat and arrangement, i say good for him for experimenting with that.

Mmmm, I've been wondering about this album. Only other solo project album I've heard is Fate of Nations. An excellent album but is the new one comparable?

It's a great album. His best since 1975 I would say, and one that bears repeated listens. The lyrics are actually rather good in places. Percyvere :D

I also agree with Joe ( 3 times I've agreed with people today, I normally don't agree with, must be something in the water), best since P/G, cracking album and for a persona thats not too keen on Zep either

Excellent album, I quite liked Dreamland that came before it, but the choices of songs on that weren't as good as they could be. I saw him when he was doing a load of "secret" gigs under the moniker Priory Of Brion and they did a good range of stuff, no Zeppelin then. The new album is definitely his best solo record though, a lot of power in his voice which I wasn't sure he'd still have. The concert on Radio 2 the other night was good (still there to Listen Again I believe on the web).

I believe he was in Portishead or Massive Attack or possibly both.
