    AS per the hifi world article minus the ad743, essentially chip sockets fitted to experiment with chips, all riaa caps uprgraded to polystyrene dielectric, additional bypasses on black gate caps, gain has been raised to make more useable.

    sid+coke has one of these and is very happy with it.

    mm and mc

    this unit has 16 Rubicon Black Gate capacitors inside it.

    £95 inc UK post. mega bargain. I have 3 phonostages and am now simplifiying.

    original circuit diagram inc. if you want to return to stock, or something goes wrong, and photocopy of article too.

    sold!!!

    recently tried are evans microgroove-not bad, slee era-my preferred, dyavector-superb for sale tho', bottlehead seduction, superb but valves make it a little problematic..hums, microphony, positioning, ming da- not brill, sugden mclass-disapponiting, and an mf x-lp on the way.

    hows that?
