    And apparantly he's not willing to take a wage drop. Not sure how true that is though.

    Poor love , I read today he's likely taking a wage cut to only £20k a week. ONLY! Hard times huh ?

    The talk last night was that Celtic would pay £40k ish, while Demot would pay the remainder seperate of his Celtic input.
    However, before the press statement, they tried to tie that up before opening to questions. Don't know if it's just PR, but apparantly he's took a substantial pay cut.

    Celtic have dug themselves into a big hole paying Keane this wage, the next big signing will want the same. Funny though and i read he was a Celtic fan. He would only sign for this huge wage so one would ask how much of a fan is he.
