Yes, but was it supplied by the U.K. distributor, or 'back door' imported?

If it's official, the warranty is transferable, if you ask nicely ;-)

I bought it as a new sealed box item from a guy in England who had tried but failed to sell it on ebay. He told me no transferable warranty and in truth I never queried whether it was from a UK dealer.

    Probably grey imported then...

It may be worth giving Martin at M.A.X. a call; he's pretty understanding when it comes to grey imports, and dosen't take it too personally ;)

(Only talk to him though, the other guy there is a bit of a misery...)

If you give him the serial number, he'll tell you if it's official or not.

When I picked up a Gaincard s/h, it turned out to be from Hong Kong  But as I got an OTA kit from him, he offered to warranty it for me for 6 months, F.O.C.

Seems to genuinly care about customers for Lab 47 stuff, even if they ain't bought it from him. Nice guy, which makes a change!

    Tony.

The serial no.is 12299 if you want to check it out - as I mentioned I'm not fussed as they all come from the same Japanese lab.

    All the best
