    Hi rory,

The company was sold in the early 90s but still made speakers in the UK till the late 90s. Wo Kee hong group make range of products but took the brand away from the UK market. They suffered from poor sale and stronger competition in the uk.

I almost bought a pair of Ls6 speakers in in 80s.

    Here are some Rodgers speakers.

    hi
yes i know...i had the ls4a's recently from 1990. But i thought the last speaker they produced was the db101s of the late 90s. That range on that website looks completely different. So they're presumably just available in China then...

Rogers recently went back in bussiness, with the release of the LS3a:

I must say I haven't heard much about these new Rogers.
(no reviews or consumer experiences or anything like that)

I'm using some late (round 1996) Rogers Studio-3's.
I thought they were made by the Wo Kee Hong group, but the
back of the cabinet says: 'Manufactered by Rogers, London England'.

Well, anyway...in my system/room they beat the new Stirling V2 LS3/5a.
(and not by a small margin)

    regards,

There was a review of some made in China Rogers floorstanders in either Choice, News or World in August/September - canĀ“t remember which month but they got a goodish review.
