Abit of a change around is in the offing at the sanchez ranch. Ive just picked up a nice-lookin sony XB930 ES cdp for one hundred pounds, this seems to be the goin price for said model unless you want a silver one. Why you ask... First reason is Ive fancied one, either that or a teac. Main reason is to free up some cash, Ive a 2 year old marantz 6000KI which is ok but is now a transport for a nos DAC, I figure the stable plattermajig of the sony is superior to that of the marantz. So the marantz will go on epay and we'll see how much of my £250 I recoup after 2 years of service. The sony seems to get a reasonable write-up, if I dont like it I'll just move it on.
