Speakers for Rega Cursa/Exons

Hi all,

I'm thinking of putting a system together consisting of the following:
Rega P25 TT & Naim CDX for front end duties
&
Cursa 3/Exon amps for the middle bit.

Just wondering what speakers you'd suggest would work well with these bits. I've heard the Rega amps being feed into Totem Arros and really loved the music they made but just wondered if they'd handle dance & indie music well at reasonable levels? Or would Hawks/Forests be a better bet?
What other speaker brands work well with the Rega amps/source compenents? I'm looking for speakers that have groove & pace but aren't too in yer face. All suggestions appreciated.

How about Rega's own speakers? I've heard most of the new range, and they all seemed very promising.

Rega Ela's would be good, Meadowlark Kestrel Hotrods if you can find some, or the new ones Swifts? if you you can't

 

im using thecursa/exons with totem mani-2, expensive maybe but nice combo.

I'll see if I can get a listen to some of the new Rega speakers - the R7 & R9 look interesting.

Samurai - are you just using one pair of exons or two with your mani-2s? And what sources do you use?? The manis look gorgeous!

 

im using thorens 124 mk2 with grahamslee era gold 5 and elevator, ortofon spu royal n.

leak troughline 2 (waiting for onething stereo decoder, hopefully this week)
im playing with one pair of exons, drives it easy, tried 2 extra exons last year, got (quite a lot) better.

also have a rega elicit, it does not have a problem too driving the mani's. you could also try other totems (model-1), if there is a dealer next to you, really nice combo's those rega-totem's.
