    Hi,

Am thinking that the spikes going into the wooden floor isn't going to impress my landlord too much, so am going to get myself a couple of sets of spike shoe.

Can anyone recommend a decent set? It seems like the common ones are RDC (v. expensive), atacama and ringmat.

    Are these any good?

    Cheers

Just put some thin cork between the floor and your units, alternatively you can get granite placemats from argos that work well too.

From the title, I thought this was going to be a new DIY tip. Spiked (running) shoes under kit!

You can probably get some spiked running shoes from RDC made with different composites. A steal at only 2 grand each. :D
