    I'm familiar with solid state and I've had very little exposure to valves. Also I think the Chibi is what Michealab has and the opinions above would suggest the solid state is quite "warm" in feel anyway and I like that dry Naim sound.. SN is redesigning the SaruDac so that's not available.

    I went for the additional off board PSU 'cos my "Naim" habits die hard.

    the chibi isn;t exactly what michael has but very, very similar.
    i'd be very interested in what you recon to it when you get it - did you audition anything else or is this a blind leap of faith?

    Best way to go with these, a decent psu certainly brings them up a notch, and thankfully the sound isn't dry :)
